After founding his agency under Nationwide Insurance in 1990. David Arnao decided to become a fully independent agency in 2020. This opened the agency to an entire catalog of top insurance companies and services covering auto, home, business, and life insurance needs and his companies outstanding customer service. Since the insurance industry is ever-changing and competes in a technical arena, the Arnao Agency needed to rebrand, redesign their web presence, and compete effectively across multiple digital marketing channels.

They turned to Pefection, Inc.  Perfexion started developing a branding and online marketing plan with a vision for the future. This included research, competitive analysis of the local market, and the targeting client base. We worked directly with David to formulate a comprehensive plan and next steps.

Driving a digital transformation and rebranding

We worked with the client to align the agency long term goals, with their current client base and targeted growth plan.  We did an in-depth analysis of the competition in the area, insurance trends, and leveraged copywriting to reach the right audience. This included utilizing SEO, local marketing, reviews, blogging, in addition to a new logo and branding redesign. It was imperative to give the agencies clients and potential clients educational material, in a way that would be relatable to their insurance needs for home, auto, long term care, recreational vehicles, along with protection from cyber and identity protection. The team realized that anything less than full offering of services would be a disservice to the client base the Arnao Agency serves.
